How do I get paid?
Payments are processed securely through TOProfs via bank account transfer o via Paypal as per user’s choice. Once the lesson is completed, you can withdraw your earnings anytime (with a 5% to 15% service fee. Minimum fee of 2€).

Can I pay an instructor or get paid as an instructor outside of TOProfs?
No, all payments must be processed through TOProfs to ensure security and support. If payments are made outside the platform, your profile may be removed. Similarly, if an instructor or student reports this action, our team will investigate, and the account could be banned. By registering on our platform, you agree to receive payments only through TOProfs.

Of course! Refunds without a valid reason, or those resulting from a mistake or error, are subject to our cancellation policy, which includes a small 20% service fee.
