If your request is not approved, we’ll provide feedback on why it wasn’t added. You can always try again with additional information if necessary.

If your subject isn’t available, you can still request it, and in the meantime, you may list it under a related or similar category until it’s added.
How will I know if my suggested category is added?
Once your suggestion is approved, we will notify you, and the new category will appear on the platform.
Can I suggest multiple categories?
Yes! Feel free to submit suggestions for multiple categories. Each one will be reviewed separately.
How long does it take to validate and add a new category?
The process typically takes up to 1-3 business days to review and validate the request. We will notify you via email once the category has been added.
Who can request a new category?
Both students and instructors are welcome to suggest new tuition categories. If a subject is not currently listed, we’re open to reviewing and adding it based on demand and validation.

If you can’t find your subject or tuition category on TOProfs, you can request that we add it. Simply reach out via live chat using the chat icon in the bottom-right corner, or email hi@toprofs.com with your suggestion.
Can I share my personal contact details with an instructor outside of TOProf?
We recommend keeping communication within TOProfs for safety and support.
What should I do if I feel uncomfortable with an instructor?
Report the issue immediately through chat support or email hi@toprofs.com. In case of any sort of aggression or violence, please contact local authorities immediately and inform us so we can take appropriate action, including banning or blocking the user.
